Job Requirements
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- 5+ years of industry experience
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience in DevOps
- 3+ years of software development experience with OO languages (Ruby, Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience with the Linux operating system
- Experience working on both Windows and Linux based infrastructure
- Excellent understanding of Python and shell scripting (bash)
- Administrative experience with any DevOps tools
- Working knowledge of databases – MySQL/PostgreSQL/Mongo
- Project tracking/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Source code management tools such as GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket/Perforce
- Log ingest and dashboarding tools like Splunk
- Container based architecture
- Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle and system security best practices
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
- Excellent troubleshooting
