Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Must demonstrate ability to learn how to use and apply applicable technologies for effective performance of the essential functions of this job description
- Possesses a proficient understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

Job Responsibilities
- Manages small to medium projects of average complexity
- Develops and maintains project plans with milestones, timelines and deliverables with minimal oversight
- Participate in project definition activities including feature analysis and system tradeoffs
- Gathers and reports project status to internal customers and first line business owners
- Identifies interdependencies in projects
- Offers some suggestions to improve processes
- Applies standards and procedures to accomplish tasks
- Learns how to use and apply appropriate tools as needed for this role
- Thoroughly documents work in an organized manner
- Works collaboratively and professionally in a team environment with other associates to achieve goals, including the coordination of resources assigned to projects for which he/she is responsible without direct authority
- Attends and actively participates in department and facility meetings and classes.
- Actively participates in and encourages others to utilize creative and innovative approaches to accomplish tasks.
